تطبيق «الحمزة» هو تطبيق طلبات جملة يربط تجار التجزئة بتاجر الجملة. نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذه الصفحة توضح بشفافية ما نجمعه ولماذا.
لا نجمع جهات اتصالك، ولا أي بيانات أخرى من جهازك خارج ما سبق. كلمة المرور تُخزّن مشفّرة (hash) ولا يمكن لأحد الاطلاع عليها.
لا يحصل التطبيق على موقع جهازك تلقائياً. في صفحة إتمام الطلب فقط، يمكنك الضغط على زر تحديد موقعي الحالي لإرفاق موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق بهذا الطلب. يظهر الموقع لمديري المتجر فقط، وقد يفتحونه في Google Maps أو يرسلونه لمندوب التوصيل (مثلاً عبر WhatsApp) لغرض توصيل ذلك الطلب فقط. لا نبيع الموقع ولا نستخدمه للإعلانات، ويُحذف عند حذف حسابك.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
تُستضاف البيانات لدى Railway (استضافة الخادم)، وتُحفظ الصور والنسخ الاحتياطية لدى Cloudflare R2، وتُرسل الإشعارات عبر Expo Push وGoogle Firebase Cloud Messaging، ورسائل التحقق عبر Vodafone مصر. كلٌّ منهم يعالج الحد الأدنى اللازم لأداء وظيفته فقط.
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب نهائياً. عند الحذف تُمسح بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، بيانات الدخول، معرّفات الإشعارات) نهائياً. سجلات الطلبات السابقة يُحتفظ بها لدى التاجر — بدون أي بيانات شخصية — كسجلات معاملات تجارية مشروعة.

Al Hamza is a B2B wholesale ordering app. We collect only: your phone number and name (account + SMS verification), your orders (products, quantities, payment method, delivery address/location, notes), a push notification token (you can disable notifications in phone settings), your IP address (used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention), and product photos uploaded by the store admin from the photo library (no camera or microphone access). Passwords are stored hashed. We do not collect contacts or any other device data, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.
Precise location: the app collects your device's precise location only when you tap the current-location button at checkout. It is attached to that order and visible only to the store's admins, who may open it in Google Maps or send it to the delivery person (for example via WhatsApp) solely to deliver that order. It is not sold or used for advertising, and is deleted with your account.
Service providers: Railway (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (images and backups), Expo Push and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), Vodafone Egypt (SMS verification codes) — each processes only what its function requires.
Account deletion: delete your account in-app via Profile → Delete Account. Personal data (name, phone, credentials, push tokens) is permanently erased. Past order records (products, quantities, amounts) are retained by the merchant as transaction records; delivery address and order notes are erased with the account.
