Without the app: message or call +20 100 670 6672 on WhatsApp from the phone number registered on the account. Requests are completed within 7 business days.
Deleted: name, phone number, password, push tokens, verification codes. Retained: past order records (products, quantities, amounts only) as the merchant's transaction records, no longer linked to your name or number. Delivery addresses and order notes are deleted with the account.
